Returns

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched, with the exception of special orders.

Customers unsatisfied with a purchase may contact us to return it within 14 days of the date of purchase. A return authorization must be issued before an item is returned. This is to protect our author’s copyright. Please contact us before sending any products back to us. Books must be in perfect condition (not used in any way).

Please Note: All software items, CD-ROMs/DVD-ROMs, audio CDs and cassettes, worksheets, students workbooks and photocopiable materials are nonreturnable items. Again this is to protect our author’s copyright. This does not affect your statutory rights ie if the product is faulty or damaged.
